Family Day Municipal Office Closures

While Municipal Offices will be closed, we welcome you to join us in celebrating the 20th anniversary of Snowman Mania! Snowman Mania is Wasaga Beach’s annual winter festival, celebrated over Family Day weekend.

What? Notice is hereby given that that Council will consider a request to stop up and close, for the purpose of disposition, a portion of road known as Oak Dell Avenue. The land is legally described as Oak Dell Ave. PL 966 Sunnidale, Wasaga Beach.

Why now? This property has been declared surplus to the needs of the Town.

When? On December 12, 2024 a By-Law to stop up, close and sell the above noted property...
