Open Patios Program 2022 |
Calling all restaurants! Have you applied for the 2022 Open Patio Program yet?
The Town of Wasaga Beach has continued the Open Patios Program into 2022. The program was introduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is intended to support local restaurants by providing flexibility to restaurant owners and their seating options.

Patio Music Program |
The patio music program is back this year and will feature artists on the patios of local establishments throughout the summer until Thanksgiving or until the maximum amount of funding has been allocated. The Open Patio Music Program will provide a grant for 100% up to $200 for eligible music artist costs and will be paid directly to the artist. Wasaga Beach businesses are eligible to apply to the program up to two times.
The program is open to any business with a patio or seating space with the ability to accommodate an artist(s). Applications will be processed on a “first come, first served basis” from the now until Thanksgiving or until the grant funds have been full allocated. Apply here. |

Wasaga Sundaes is every Sunday throughout the summer from July 10th to September 4th.This years map will show a trail of the featured ice cream treats to explore every Sunday throughout the summer. We encourage you to complete the trail and taste them all!
After a visitor purchases a sundae on a Sunday, they can enter to win great prizes with the receipt or a photo of the sundae purchased. They will also vote for their favorite sundae in Wasaga Beach or a chance to win prizes. Draws will be based on responses each week and will drawn on the following Tuesday.

SPARK Ontario - volunteer Opportunities During COVID-19The Government of Ontario is partnering with SPARK Ontario to help seniors and the most vulnerable stay connected and healthy as they self isolate during the COVID-19 outbreak. SPARK Ontario is the province's first bilingual volunteer hub designed to direct volunteers to where they are needed most.
