FRIDAY NIGHT KICK OFF

Join us Friday evening for Kick off Party at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex-1724 Mosley Street.  From 4:30PM-8:30PM

The evening will feature live music by Andre Bisson Rhythm & Blues Experience and headlining the party The Mudmen. Two Fire Spinning performances at 5:00PM and 7:00PM by North Fire Circus and ending with a spectacular fireworks display at 8:15PM 

Other Activities going on at the RecPlex, Outdoor Inflatable Maze, Kick Sled Track, Axe Throwing, Free Sausage sizzle, Cozy up by the fires and enjoy yummy marshmallow treat and grab a hot chocolate in the igloo.

New this year! The Snowman Mania Illumination Trail happening on the Oakview Woods Trail. Open all Family Weekend long from 5:00PM-9:00PM

Join us Saturday at 9:00AM- 8:00PM for a fun filled family day!

10:00AM till 4:00PM Enjoy Horse and Carriage rides, Indoor games garden, Inflatables, Tool box building with the Woodworkers, Active Arts- Children's Dance class and Axe throwing.

Magic show-1:00PM

Join us for a Las Vegas style magic spectacular! Toronto’s best illusionist Edllusion and his lovely assistants travel to Wasaga Beach to astound, delight and mystify with their hour long  show. Experience the thrill of seeing yourself tricked and watch your friends be baffled!

 +19 Comedy Show-Doors open at 6:30PM 

Join in on the fun Saturday Feb 18th for the +19 Comedy show at the Recplex. The Wasaga Beach Lions den will be hosting a licensed bar & entrance included with your Snowman Mania button.- Seats are limited so be there early! 

Join the Youth Centre at William Arnill Park and toboggan hill between 1pm and 3pm for  winter games and activities! 

SUNDAY 19th

Lions Club is hosting a pancake breakfast at 9:30AM till 12:00PM in the Lions Den at the RecPlex. Come on out for the Amazing SuperDogs Shows happening at 11:00AM, 1:00PM, and 3:00PM at the RecPlex. 

Wasaga Beach Kinette Club will be at William Arnill Park toboggan hill between 12:00PM- 3:00PM  for sledding and hot chocolate.

MONDAY 20th  

Start the morning off with a family Skate on the Oakview Rinks and then come inside and warm up and watch the Rock Solid Wrestling at 1:00PM-3:20PM

Put on your skates and head on over to Wasaga Stars Arena at 10:00AM-11:00AM and test your skills with Hockey Circuit. Then stay and skate with the family with a sponsored skate from Kristian Tardiff of Royal Lepage North from 11:00AM-12:00PM

DYI Snowman Contest

WASAGA BEACH PUBLIC LIBRARY

Snowmen in the Library Contest 

DIY Make a snowman craft creation at home out of anything and enter it in a craft contest celebrating Snowman Mania. Enter your crafts from February 1st to February 19th. Snowmen will be displayed, judged, and winners will be contacted.  May the most creative snowman win!  

• Snowmen must stand up and be free-standing. 
• Craft will be displayed on tops of bookshelves in the library. 
• Max height up to 24" or 60 cm. 
• Print your name, email and phone number on the back or bottom of the craft. 
• After February 21st, entries will be recycled unless marked RETURN on them. 
• Snowmen marked RETURN must be collected by March 1 or will be recycled. 
• Points awarded for originality, use of materials, overall presentation and structure.

YMCA is offering Open Swim! Come join us family day weekend for Snowman Mania and take a swim at the YMCA located at 1724 Mosley Street. You must have a 2023 Snowman Mania button to swim- You can pick up your buttons for $3.00 at Wasaga Beach Town Hall, Public Library, and RecPlex. Buttons will be available at the door while supplies last!

Swim times:

Friday February 17: 4:30pm-6:30pm

Saturday February 18: 1:00pm-2:30pm

Sunday February 19: 9:05am-12:30pm

Monday February 20: 10:30am-2:30pm
