Annual Municipal Grants and Sponsorships Program

Call for 2025 Applications

The Municipal Grants and Sponsorships Program is available to support not-for-profit organizations that are within the municipality, or can demonstrate that they enhance the well-being of the Wasaga Beach Community. The Town recognizes the valuable contributions delivered through the volunteer efforts of community organizations and agencies on behalf of its citizens.

Grant application forms are available from the Treasurer’s office at Town Hall located at 30 Lewis Street. The application form was updated to include Sponsorship Grant requests. Applications must be complete (with attachments as required) and received by January 3^rd, 2025, to be reviewed and considered as part of the 2025 budget.

Each application will be reviewed in relation to the Grant Policy. Grants are considered on a first come, first served basis and are available in relation to the total grant budget for the program. If applicants received a grant or sponsorship as part of the 2024 Municipal Grant and Sponsorship Program, final reports must be received by the Town of Wasaga Beach by December 31, 2024 to be eligible for funding in 2025.

Select Services & Payments, then “Grants, Incentives and Rebates” then scroll down to Not-For-Profit Organization Grants and select the application. Send completed application and attachments to the Finance Manager, or drop off at the treasury counter, attention Finance Manager.

Water rebates

Water conservation rebate

You can apply for a water conservation rebate if you've purchased a new low-flush or dual flush toilet or rain barrel to help conserve water. Please complete the Water Conservation Rebate Application and submit it by E-Mail or drop it off to Town Hall located at 30 Lewis Street.

The following rebates are available:

Up to $70 for a low-flush (3 L to 6 L) or dual flush toilet
Up to $30 for a 200 L to 400 L rain barrel

Water and sanitary sewer connection loan

You can apply for a loan for a water and sanitary sewer connection through the Town of Wasaga Beach. Please complete the Application for Water and/or Sanitary Sewer Connection Loan and submit it by email E-Mail or drop it off to Town Hall located at 30 Lewis Street.
