All businesses operating in the Town of Wasaga Beach must have a current business license to legally operate and are issued and enforced through the Municipal Law Enforcement Office.
Prior to being issued a license, businesses must first be approved by Building, Planning, Fire, and Property Standards teams. Please note that the licensing process could take up to 90 days as it requires multiple department reviews before being approved. All food-related businesses must also have approval from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit
