Elm Development's Georgian Sands project is based in the east end of Wasaga Beach, off County Road 92, near commercial shopping plazas, hiking trails, and the the beachfront, as well as the new twin-pad arena and library the town is building.
This 1,500-plus master-planned community is a welcome addition to Wasaga Beach.
