Planning Services helps to guide, regulate and facilitate development within the Town of Wasaga Beach by balancing the interests of property owners, developers and the public with the broader needs and objectives of the community.

• Developing long range planning and development goals and objectives;
• Official Plan and Planning Act consultation;
• Implementation of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law;
• Review of Development Proposals;
• Update and review development and land use regulations and policies;
• Review and processing of Applications:
  • Zoning By-law Amendments
  • Official Plan Amendments
  • Minor Variance and Severance/Consent Applications and Validations of Title
  • Plans of Subdivision and Condominium
  • Exceptions for Part Lot Control
  • Deeming By-laws
  • Site Plan

Registered users with the Town of Wasaga Beach’s CityView portal can now complete the following online: 

• Apply for a planning application 
• Pay for a planning application
• Check the status of an application

Before accessing the portal to submit a planning application, please ensure you have all the required forms completed and signed, and materials ready to upload.

Note: All planning applications must include a completed and signed application, along with a Sworn Declaration form, in addition to all other required materials and fees to deem an application complete.

Note: We are currently only accepting 1st submission applications through the portal at this time.
